The Development Actions do not always include training courses. There are many very effective ways of meeting peoples’ development needs without training courses. Coaching, job enlargement, mentoring, projects and self-development are all low cost and effective ways of helping people grow. This module identifies the best options in a consistent and logical way. Where training courses are appropriate, we have a small number in our own area of expertise, that are very focussed, and that have proved to be very effective.
